7th E&E Congress: New dates confirmed

COVID-19 Update

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

The 7th E&E Congress Organising Committee would like to announce that the new dates for the Congress are 16th – 18th June 2021 and that it will take place at the same venue: Palacio Municipal de Congresos de Madrid.

We would also like to inform that current registrations and accommodation reservations will be transferred to the new dates. The Congress Secretariat will send all registered participants a new confirmation voucher with the new dates shortly.

In the coming days we will update the new registration deadlines and additional information will be sent to the papers’ submitters, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers. In the meanwhile, please do not hesitate to contact us for specific questions you may have or check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below.

Please bear in mind, the Congress depends on your active participation in sharing your insights, your expertise and your support as an industry and individuals. We appreciate your continued support and we are confident that we will be able to deliver the Congress that you deserve!

Please find below answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the Congress postponement.

IS THE CONGRESS CANCELLED?

No. Due to the latest developments regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided to postpone the 7th E&E Congress.

The new dates are 16-18 June 2021 -moving back to the original Congress structure ‘from Wednesday to Friday’- in Madrid (Spain).

The congress venue will remain the same: Palacio Municipal de Congresos de Madrid.

WILL MY REGISTRATION STILL BE VALID FOR THE NEW CONGRESS DATES?

Yes, your registration will be transferred to the new dates: 16-18 June 2021. The Congress Secretariat will send you a new confirmation voucher with the new dates shortly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT TRAVEL TO THE CONGRESS?

We will be offering live streaming of the program for all registered participants who are not able to attend in person. More information for presenters and participants will follow.

I AM A SPEAKER AT THE CONGRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We will contact you directly regarding your participation in the program.

I AM AN EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR AT THE EVENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

IF I WISH TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Changing the participant name in the registration is allowed, please contact us if you wish to proceed with this option.

IF I BOOKED MY HOTEL WITH THE CONGRESS ORGANISERS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Accommodation reservations will be transferred to the new dates. The Congress Secretariat will send a new confirmation voucher with the new dates in the upcoming weeks.
